HOW TO PREPARE PURPLE PORRIDGE:
Pour 1 lt of water into a pot and bring to a boil add cinnamon, cloves and sugar to the taste. In another container, dissolve 150 g of purple flour with half a liter of cold water, then mix and stir vigorously until the flour is well dissolved, mix with the hot water and boil for 10 minutes, and ready to serve.
