HOW TO ENJOY:
Cob Flour traditionally used as purple drink (chicha morada) to regulate the blood pressure can be used as an antioxidant supplement by adding 10 g to a glass of juice or yogurt. Put 2 tablespoons of 5 g.
HOW TO PREPARE PURPLE DRINK:
Pour 1 lt of water into a pot, 26 g of powdered purple cob flour, pineapple, cinnamon, cloves and sugar to taste and boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
